Problem Statement

Many online plant shopping platforms lack comprehensive plant care resources, leaving customers uncertain about how to care for their purchases. Users often struggle to find relevant information or trustworthy advice, leading to frustration and decreased satisfaction with their online shopping experience

Solution

Design a user-friendly e-commerce platform that integrates plant purchasing with detailed, accessible plant care information. The experience was built to support users from discovery to ownership, helping them make confident buying decisions and successfully care for their plants.

Result

User testing was conducted with a group of 10 participants to evaluate the usability and overall experience of the website prototype. Most users found the site easy to navigate, with 90% successfully completing a purchase flow without assistance. The integrated plant care section was particularly well-received, with 80% of users saying it made them feel more confident about buying plants online. Feedback also highlighted that the clean layout and simple structure made information easy to find, and 70% noted that they would recommend the site to beginner plant buyers.
